The Institute for Sustainable Leadership promotes scientific research into the theory and practice of sustainable leadership. We share the results of the research through training programs, publications and seminars for the benefit of all stakeholders. Our researchers develop evidence-based principles of sustainable leadership.

We conduct two main kinds of research projects:

Academic research
Research to ascertain which sustainable leadership practices deliver competitive advantage, how they do this, and how they are linked to other practices. To achieve this, we collaborate with colleagues at universities around the world, and supervise doctoral theses and masters projects on sustainable leadership topics.

Applied research
We cooperate with professional organisations and practising managers in conducting research projects relevant to their activities.
