– September: ISL becomes the Institute for Sustainable Leadership Pty Ltd.
– June 2-5: 10th International Symposium on Sustainable Leadership, Dubrovnik, Croatia. Keynote speaker and special guest was Frank Straub, CEO and Chairman of the Blanco Group, a German-based global company that runs on honeybee leadership principles.
–  April 28: ISL’s Harry Bergsteiner presents a graphical model depicting the process behind the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy to leading thinkers in Thailand, followed by a meeting with members of the Board of the Thai Sustainable Development Foundation.
– January-October: ISL edits and co-authors chapters in Sufficiency Thinking: Thailand’s Gift to an Unsustainable World. This book showcases the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy and its application to a wide range of sectors of Thai society.

2014
–  June 3-6: 9th International Symposium on Sustainable Leadership, Salzburg, Austria. Delegates were hosted by BMW in Munich. Keynote speaker and special guest was Fred Keller, Founder, CEO and Chairman of Cascade Engineering, a US-based B-Corporation that runs on honeybee leadership principles.

2013
–  October 10: a contingent of 16 affiliates was hosted by The 2013 Bangkok Conference: Global Dialogue on Sustainable Development, in Thailand. Among the delegates were keynote speaker, Gayle Avery who spoke on “Developing Sustainable Futures for Business, People and the Planet” and Harald Bergsteiner who organized a world café (for 200 people!) on the obstacles to implementing sustainable development.
–  Sustainable Leadership: Honeybee and Locust Approaches appears in Chinese via CEIBS Publishing.
–  June 4-7: 8th International Symposium on Sustainable Leadership, Nice, France. Delegates were hosted by Schneider Electric.
